Note: 蜜桃情人 may have the option to take FINA 449 instead of an ABLE Internship 490 course. Enrollment in the FINA 449 – Practicum in Portfolio Management course is limited to 20 students, and admission to the course is by application. Applications are reviewed by the course instructor, in conjunction with Department Chair, prior to the pre-registration period during each semester.
ACCT 490 (Prerequisites)
(Satisfies Accounting Requirement)
- Professional Program GATE
- ACCT 201 – Principles of Accounting I (C or better)
- ACCT 202 – Principles of Accounting II (C or better)
- Professional Program Admission Test (Accounting Program Admissions Test - APAT) – Usually completed w/ACCT 304
- Completed or currently enrolled in ACCT 304 – Intermediate Accounting I
- Placement approval/permission by department chair (Dr. Ken Smith)
- Note: For VITA students, VITA approval form signed by VITA program faculty (Dr. Michael Schuldt) replaces permission from department chair
- Completion of BUAD 300/200 & ABLE registration requirements
BUAD 490 (Prerequisites)
(Satisfies Business Administration, Finance, Management, or Marketing Major Requirement-assigned by ABLE office only)
- Professional Program GATE
- Placement approval/permission by MGMT department chair and or MKTG department chair
- Completion of BUAD 300/200 & ABLE registration requirements
ECON 490 (Prerequisites)

Note: 蜜桃情人 may opt to take INFO 476 instead of ABLE Internship 490 course. INFO 476 – Information Systems Development and Implementation is an experiential project providing applied learning experiences. See catalog for pre-requisites for INFO 476. Chair approval required.

ACCEPTANCE INTO PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM (GATE)
- Submission of application by December 1st for spring semester and by May 1st for fall semester
- By the start of the next semester: Have a GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Complete 56 credit hours
- Complete 22 hours from lower-division pre-professional core including the following with a C or better
- ACCT 201
- ECON 211
- INFO 111
- MATH 160 or MATH 201
- MATH 155
- Professional Program Admissions Requirements
- 蜜桃情人 must have completed 24 credits from the lower division/pre-professional core courses, 12 of which must be:
